LOYALTY PROGRAM

Our Loyalty Program is designed as a “thank you” to our guests for their continuous support. We offer three levels of membership: Frequent Diner, Steakholder and Platinum Steakholder. A friendly reminder that bonus points expire after one year! Please refer to the below and learn more about each membership level and its points-and-rewards scheme.

Frequent Diner

You can enrol at the restaurant or simply fill in an application online. After our review process, we will mail you your Frequent Diner membership card, which will allow you to earn points every time you dine at our outlets in Hong Kong or Wooloomooloo Steakhouse in Singapore.

Steakholder

Frequent Diners can upgrade to a Steakholder membership by redeeming 5,000 points within one year. As a Steakholder, you can enjoy 10% off at our restaurants as well as other exclusive benefits. Guests can renew their Steakholder membership by accumulating at least 3,000 points every year.

Platinum Steakholder

Upgrade to a Platinum Steakholder membership by accumulating 6,000 points within one year. Platinum Steakholders enjoy 15% off at any of our restaurants along with a range of exclusive offers.

Earn and Redeem Points

Guests earn 1 point with every HK$10 or S$1 spent (excluding service charge, gratuity and GST, if applicable). There are also chances to earn double bonus points on special occasions. Before settling your bill, simply present your membership card or details at any of our restaurants in Hong Kong or Wooloomooloo Steakhouse in Singapore.

*In Singapore, The Chop House restaurants have a separate reward card and therefore, amount spent at The Chop House is not entitled to earn points and the rewards can only be redeemed at Wooloomooloo Steakhouse.
